After nearly 2 years of research and development, the company has produced better-bonded brake pipe polyester lines, which greatly improves the service life and performance of rubber hoses.

The original 1500D dipped polyester thread had an adhesion strength of 1.5-1.6N/mm with a certain EPDM adhesive, and the bench test was stable at more than 3 million times. After improvements in the formula and production process, the adhesion force increased by about 13% to 1.8N/mm, and the bench test exceeded 5 million times.
