The jumper frequency of the original 2000D impregnated polyester line is about 500 meters per time in the knitting process of a ternary ethylene propylene rubber vehicle air conditioning tube. after the improvement of the formula and production process, the current jumper frequency is reduced to about 760 meters per time, with a decrease of 52%, which greatly improves the weaving smoothness of customers and greatly reduces the defective rate of the products.
